Number 69: my first time attending the show on my actual birthday. This one is going to be pretty hard to top. The sheer abundance of love and liquor and special attention and liquor made it a magical night from the moment I walked into the Manderley until the end of the night when they threw us all out. And I still made it to work the next day, because I’m nothing if not a party professional.
The whole show was a whirlwind of being swept away into locked rooms and then thrown out of them, so I’m not even going to attempt to give credit to all the cast members who made it great, but I will say that seeing Matty Oaks in the hotel on a regular basis again is probably the greatest unexpected treat of 2014 so far.
And let’s not forget my friends - the 20th was a January birthday orgy, at which we also celebrated the fabulous bloodwillhavebloodtheysay and dreamingofmanderley, and I think it’s safe to say all three of us thoroughly enjoyed it.

Can you believe these assholes? Like, how am I ever going to give them a present again without all three of us being embarrassed at how it doesn’t even compare to A WITCHY SHAKESPEARE BOOK SAFE? Seriously, the nerve of some people.
Anyway, thank you to everyone who helped me celebrate my birthday or even just tolerated my drunk-ass celebratory self, really. I love you all more than you know.
