Oh Nerdcore Hip Hop… Schaffer the Darklord has been a force in the New York City Nerdcore scene for several years now and when he takes his act on the road you see it that much more. This year at Nerdapalooza, in addition to performing his act, Schaffer was the co-MC for the event and hosting with his burlesque troupe, Epic Win Burlesque. Epic Win Burlesque / Schaffer the Darklord
I can’t believe I forgot to post this with the Epic Win Burlesque pics. These two fine gentlemen are the hosts of the troupe that brought you shows such as Video Game Vixens and Rater R for Violence. The on-stage chemistry between these two is kind of inspiring. I’ve gotten to know them pretty well and can honestly say they are two of the hardest working guys in this business. Both of them manage work with the Burlesque troupe, have full time jobs, and are professional performers. Oh… and they are always willing to take fun photos with me.
