1. i woke up around half an hour after my alarm is supposed to go off (that’s six thirty am est) and after a few moments of flailing around trying to figure out why i’d overslept, i remembered that it’s friday and i got to go back to bed.

2. upon getting to the bank and noticing that i’d forgotten my wallet (and the bank card contained therein), i realized that i’ve finally memorized my account number and didn’t need my wallet with me anyway.

3. i caught a glimpse of my reflection in a store window that confirmed several reports of my hair being positively blinding in the sunlight.

4. while unpacking the bag i brought to the city yesterday, i found the manuscript for al’s book that i’d completely forgotten about getting at the bar last night.
