i was working in the lab late one night, when my eyes beheld an eerie sight. my monster from his slab began to rise, when suddenly to my surprise he did the mash (he did the monster mash).

gundam and i have been thinking about our halloween plans and decided that we’re going to get dressed up (i’m thinking tank girl, what with the hair and all) and hand out candy to trick or treaters in the early evening, then have the usual suspects come over and watch a pile of tim burton movies. this weekend or next weekend we’re also gonna carve pumpkins, which is probably my single favorite halloween thing. this year i might even go for the whole toasting pumpkin seeds thing if i don’t get lazy. pumpkin seeds rock.

as for movies, i’m thinking sleepy hollow, the nightmare before christmas, beetlejuice, and maybe a couple more. suggestions? we were thinking tim burton just because his style is so perfect for the occasion, but it doesn’t have to be exclusively him.

i really fucking love october. it needs to be more like fifty weeks long instead of four, though. hooray!
