some webcam stuff: the cam url has been moved to http://caoine.org/new/webcam/current.jpg and the archive has been moved to http://caoine.org/new/webcam/archive/. the files in the archive (over a hundred of them now, w00t) have been renamed to a mmddyynn.jpg format instead of ddmmyynn.jpg, so they now appear in chronological order in the directory listing, most recent at the bottom. also, the hardnews camportal is still the only portal that has my permission to use my webcam image, so if you see it elsewhere, please let me know.

saw e-craft last night at downtime. i met up with gundam around six thirty and we went for food at maui tacos. red and black tortilla chips - how rivet. they fucked up my order and gave me two chicken tacos instead of one vegetarian taco, though. i yelled at them.

after fewd we wandered over to sephora and i bought more of my blue eyeliner since i ran out while doing my makeup - urban decay liquid liner in radium. that stuff kicks my ass. we were running mad early but eventually we met up with matt at penn and walked over to downtime where they let us in early i guess because we were on the list. talked to hellraver and spencer and everyone, then sat through battery cage. gundam got us up front when e-craft finally went on, which was cool because at downtime there’s no barrier between the floor and the stage, so you can be right up against the stage. the e-craft vocalist was very big on crowd interaction - he shared his water with me and let gundam spank him, among other things. so that was fun. after the show i was beat though and pretty much headed home. gundam and matt were sweet enough to walk me to the train station, and i dozed most of the way back to my place.

today i woke up really late and was invited to a little fourth of july barbecue my landlord was having, so i made an appearance at that. it was weird because i don’t really ever talk to my landlord or my neighbors except when i’m paying rent or there’s an issue with the garbage or something. they’re pretty nice for the most part. strange, but nice.

it’s pouring now. thunder and all. i am sipping some code red and listening to a mix cd gundam made me. hooray.
