i would just like to reiterate: danny elfman is cooler than any single person has the right to be. i don’t know if there’s a coolness quota for any given decade or what but if we’re talking a finite quantity of coolness, then danny elfman has probably used up the entire god damn supply. listening to oingo boingo makes me want to watch the nightmare before christmas again - what a fucking great voice, you know? and tim burton paired with danny elfman - you just can’t go wrong. i guess they worked together on the new version of planet of the apes, too. dayum.

snarf is coming over tomorrow night - i guess he thinks he has a chance at beating me at doa2 this time, the poor deluded boy. not that i’m not happy to kick his ass as much as he wants. and apparently he picked up a couple of games for my nes today, which is going to rock my socks in a very serious way. i played a little mario 3 today, just to sort of whet my appetite.
